Hallets Real Cider is made by award-winning cider maker Andy Hallett at Blaengawney Farm in Monmouthshire, South Wales. Andy Hallett has taken the old traditional methods of cider making from fresh cider apples and applied a new philosophy to production, stealing a few techniques from wine makers along the way. His rare and special cider results from unique flavours and textures blended to perfection each year.

Drinks writer and cider judge Fiona Beckett said Hallets Real Cider was the most beautiful cider she’d tasted, providing serious competition to good wines.
