Perry's Cider produce free thinking ciders with depth of flavour using only the simplest and purest of means. This includes using only wild yeasts to turn natural sugars to alcohol.
Perry's use the same two hydraulic presses that they installed in the 1950s. These presses have squeezed over 7 million pints of cider each.
They use small batch techniques and careful selection of apples to produce a range of blended and single varietal ciders.
