This single varietal cider is lightly sparkling and medium dry.
Made only from the Browns Apple, a variety originating in Devon and now grown all over the cider producing areas of England. The Browns tree produces a late harvest of medium sized apples that fall when ripe and have firm flesh and a sharp flavour.
Its natural sharpness requires a little sweetening to allow the more complex flavours to shine through – a joy!
