Ross-on-Wye Cider & Perry's Raison d'Etre 2016 is a blend of Dabinett and Michelin apples from unsprayed orchards at Broome Farm. It is the quintessential expression of cider a loved by the Johnson family who have been making cider and perry at Broome Farm for four generations.
It is bone dry and bottle conditioned for sparkle. It was fermented in an oak cask using wild yeasts. Unfiltered.
